Announcing the 2021 Arbordeck Awards shortlist

The Arbordeck Awards have once again proved popular among decking installers throughout the UK, with over 100 entries across all seven categories.

As always, the standard of entries this year was incredibly high – meaning it hasn’t been an easy decision for our panel of judges. But after much deliberation, we’re delighted to announce the shortlists for each category.

Our judges were able to narrow the list down to 31 entries across the seven categories – Best Large Trex Deck, Best Small Trex Deck, Best Commercial Trex Deck, Best Trex Design Solution, as well as brand new categories TrexPert of the Year and Top Spec Trex Deck. And to make things even more exciting, any of these shortlisted installers’ projects could go on to be crowned ‘Deck of the Year’, with the lucky winner receiving the money-can’t-buy trip for two to Washington, D.C. complete with a visit to Trex University.

We’re pleased to see some familiar faces in the running for this year’s categories, but we’re equally pleased to see them facing stiff competition from others who have made the shortlists for the first time. You can see the full shortlist here.

The Arbordeck Awards are even more special this year as, after having to host virtually last year due to restrictions, the ceremony will be in person again at FutureScape 2021. The ceremony will be taking place at midday on Tuesday 16th November – and you won’t want to miss it.

The Arbordeck Awards provide the ideal opportunity to network with fellow installers and Arbor Forest Products’ Trex stand – designed using a range of Trex products – gives those attending the chance to speak to our expert team about all things composite decking, so don’t forget to visit us on Stand F70.
